This table contains the following information (only selected columns are explained):
|Title of column||Description|
|Download CLG||CLG is a data file with a special format containing information about a single genome. It can only be opened by CLgenomics software which is freely available at ChunLab.|
|Taxon name & Original/User’s label||All of the genomes in EzBioCloud database were subjected to ChunLab’s taxonomic bioinfomatics pipeline for accurate identification. Because not all genomes of type strains are available, some genomes cannot be identified at the species level. Identification at the genus level will result with names such as “Vibrio sp”. We have preserved the original labels (=taxonomic name) of GenBank or users, and have save them as “Original/User’s label”. In contrast, we use the newly identified names as “Taxon name” throughout EzBioCloud database. In most cases, “Original/User’s label” is the same as “Taxon name”. About 10~15% genomes are re-named due to various reasons (e.g. mis-identification, changes in nomenclature).
